John, who has an extensive background in sales and customer service for over 20 years, understands that identifying clients’ needs and wants is only part of the job. “Having the determination to find a property that fulfills those needs and wants is the rest of it—and frankly, that is the best part of my job.”
John finds that his collaborative approach—among clients as well as real estate professionals in all fields from financing to service specialists—is also essential to every successful transaction. John prides himself on creating networking groups to help his clients with all questions ask during the transaction. “The customer service part of real estate is about helping people but it’s also about helping them solve problems,” adds John. “I have an extensive network that I can turn to for almost any issue. in any city or town”

“Home” in all kinds of ways is also important to John, who lives in West Peabody with his wife Josephine and two sons John Jr and Julius . He is an active volunteer with various organizations in his hometown of East Boston, Boston area, Peabody and the north shore.
